People say I love you all the time

People say I love you all the time - when they say: take an umbrella it’s raining, or hurry back, or even, watch out you’ll hurt yourself. There are hundreds of ways of wording it - you just have to listen for it.

“Love is not to be proven or measured...It exists, and that is enough.”~ Jorge Amado

It's very easy to say the words that you are loved in with your partner, but sometimes in the lives of some couples gets the moment, when they must prove their love. This is a brilliant quote about how to prove your love to someone.

Some people just say it out of habit to almost everyone. I never say it unless I mean it. I would rather show it than to say it to a couple of people that have been my best friends for most of my life. Always showing it, means more than just verbalizing. ~ Linda Flanders

“We have to allow ourselves to be loved by the people who really love us, the people who really matter. Too much of the time, we are blinded by our own pursuits of people to love us, people that don't even matter, while all that time we waste and the people who do love us have to stand on the sidewalk and watch us beg in the streets! It's time to put an end to this. It's time for us to let ourselves be loved.” ~ C. JoyBell C.

“Dance. Smile. Giggle. Marvel. TRUST. HOPE. LOVE. WISH. BELIEVE. Most of all, enjoy every moment of the journey, and appreciate where you are at this moment instead of always focusing on how far you have to go.” ~ Mandy Hale,

“Be Original. Follow your dreams. The worst possible thing for you to do in life is give up what makes you happy.” ~ Love The Stacks Bookstore

Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better take things as they come along with patience and equanimity. ~ Carl Jung

“Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.” ~ Dr. Seuss

When you allow yourself to feel Hurt

“To be rejected by someone doesn't mean you should also reject yourself or that you should think of yourself as a lesser person. It doesn't mean that nobody will ever love you anymore. Remember that only ONE person has rejected you at the moment, and it only hurt so much because to you, that person's opinion symbolized the opinion of the whole world, of God.” ~ Jocelyn Soriano

“Nobody can hurt me without my permission.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi

“This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.” ~ Dalai Lama XIV

Dear Heart, it is good to feel the wonderful emotions, but don’t overdo it when you are hurt or else you will get sick too. You will get tired easily to perform your duties. In the end you will be the one to suffer most. I may suffer stress from your depression but it will just make you weaker. Your Brain! ~ Ghie Morales

Dear Brain – if you do not allow yourself to feel your emotions, it can make you sick.

The Four Agreements

“1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Don't Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

3. Don't Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.”

“I've never fooled anyone. I've let people fool themselves. They didn't bother to find out who and what I was. Instead they would invent a character for me. I wouldn't argue with them. They were obviously loving somebody I wasn't.” ~ Marilyn Monroe

“Courage is the most important of all the virtues because without courage, you can't practice any other virtue consistently.” ~ Maya Angelou

“And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about.” ~ Haruki Murakami
