When you really love someone

When you really love someone, age, distance, height, weight.. is just a damn number!

“We have to allow ourselves to be loved by the people who really love us, the people who really matter. Too much of the time, we are blinded by our own pursuits of people to love us, people that don't even matter, while all that time we waste and the people who do love us have to stand on the sidewalk and watch us beg in the streets! It's time to put an end to this. It's time for us to let ourselves be loved.” ~ C. JoyBell C.

If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it's yours. If it does not come back, it was never meant to be.

I love you not because of who you are, but because of who I am when I am with you.

Those numbers don’t have to count if you have a strong relationship. Look at how many military families do it when there loved ones are gone. I have been there and the miles made us stronger because after being away from me (as a friend) for a long time we are finally working on being more, but he was still there when I needed him and the same for me. I can tell you that the man in my life is very supportive of me (I do not have the looks of a model or anything like that but I am not overweight either). He is a little over 2 years older then me. But when I tell him that I look “fat” or anything along those line he comes right back with “no you’re not” and if I proceed to push it with him (on one of my pms days) and ask him “why” he says that he replies “because your not fat and I Love you the way you are”. So yes I believe that weight doesn’t matter if the man truly loves you. ~ Nikki Plachinski
