How To Clear Your Sinuses in Seconds Using Nothing but Your Fingers!

When you have a cold you have to deal with a sore throat, fever, coughing, and not least of all, a stuffy nose. This last symptom makes it difficult to smell and taste things and leaves you running for a tissue every few minutes. It’s an awful feeling, but the good news is that there is a simple trick for getting relief when your nose is completely blocked by a cold.

The goal of this trick is to massage the lymphatic fluid that is trapped in your head back into your body.
First place the ring finger and middle finger of both hands above your collar bone. Now press the skin softly about 20 to 50 times depending on what feels comfortable for you.

Now place your hands on your neck and begin massaging lightly. Your fingertips should touch your ears while doing this. Repeat this movement approximately 50 times.

The final step is to wrap your hands around your neck so that your fingertips are touching at the back. Now rub your hands down along your neck towards your body. Repeat this around 50 times.

Repeat all of the steps until you feel the relieving effects. You’ll notice that your nose feels clearer and that the inflammation in your sinuses has been reduced.
When you get familiar with all the steps, this exercise should take only four or five minutes. Try it out and in no time at all you’ll be breathing easy again!
