Place Ice on This Point 2 Times a Day and See What Happens to Your Body!

Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on the concept that energy (chi or qi) flows through and around the body along pathways called meridians. Stimulating the various pressure points along these meridians can help to restore proper circulation of life-energy, known in China as “qi” or in the English-speaking world as “chi”, returning the body to a state of balance and well-being. This release allows energy to flow more freely through the meridians, promoting relaxation, healing and the restoration of proper function.

Feng Fu is common in Chinese acupuncture and it involves placing an ice cube on a specific position on the back of your neck for 20 minutes. The “Feng Fu” pressure point is found at the base of the skull, just below the bottom ridge of the skull cap at the top of the neck. This spot is used by acupuncturists, because of its connection to so many different areas of health.
