To my Wonderful Daughter

You are loved for the little girl you were, the special woman you are now, and the wonderful daughter you will always be.

I love you daughter with all my heart. I am so bless to have a wonderful daughter God bless you.

My daughter is my most beautiful flower. I thank God for you each and very day of my life for blessing me with the most precious daughter. May God protect you and keep you safe always. My daughter is so precious , much more than silver, or gold, or words may God warp his arms around her and guide her through live. I thank him daily for my daughter. Love you babydoll.

A daughter is a treasure and a cause of sleeplessness.Ben Sirach

Never grow a wishbone, daughter, where your backbone ought to be. Clementine Paddleford

Every day is Father’s Day to me when I’m with her: when I’ll be able to hold my daughter and see her grow and see her smile. That’s Father’s Day to me every day. Saquon Barkley

When I come home, my daughter will run to the door and give me a big hug, and everything that’s happened that day just melts away.

Certain is it that there is no kind of affection so purely angelic as of a father to a daughter. In love to our wives there is desire; to our sons, ambition; but to our daughters, there is something which there are no words to express.*

Person who tries to keep everyone happy

The person who tries to keep everyone happy and always cares for everyone is always the most lonely person. strange but true.

Sometimes the person who tries to keep everyone happy often ends up feeling the loneliest.

“I've never been lonely. I've been in a room -- I've felt suicidal. I've been depressed. I've felt awful -- awful beyond all -- but I never felt that one other person could enter that room and cure what was bothering me...or that any number of people could enter that room. In other words, loneliness is something I've never been bothered with because I've always had this terrible itch for solitude. It's being at a party, or at a stadium full of people cheering for something, that I might feel loneliness. I'll quote Ibsen, "The strongest men are the most alone." I've never thought, "Well, some beautiful blonde will come in here and give me a fuck-job, rub my balls, and I'll feel good." No, that won't help. You know the typical crowd, "Wow, it's Friday night, what are you going to do? Just sit there?" Well, yeah. Because there's nothing out there. It's stupidity. Stupid people mingling with stupid people. Let them stupidify themselves. I've never been bothered with the need to rush out into the night. I hid in bars, because I didn't want to hide in factories. That's all. Sorry for all the millions, but I've never been lonely. I like myself. I'm the best form of entertainment I have. Let's drink more wine!”― Charles Bukowski

“The loneliest moment in someone’s life is when they are watching their whole world fall apart, and all they can do is stare blankly.”― F. Scott Fitzgerald

When you wish good for others

"When you wish good for others, good things come back to you. This is a Law of Nature.

“This is the key to life: To expect everything to be given to you from above, yet to be genuinely surprised and forever grateful, when they are. Expecting all good things to be yours, while not knowing how to take anything for granted. If there may be a key in life, this is the key.”― C. JoyBell C.

I believe that good things come to those who work.

The good things of prosperity are to be wished; but the good things that belong to adversity are to be admired.

“In life, all good things come hard, but wisdom is the hardest to come by. “There are two good things in life - freedom of thought and freedom of action.

The good things never stay in your head. Only the bad things live on.

How to To Get Rid Of Sciatica, Hip And Lower Back Pain

There’s a tiny muscle you’ve probably never heard of that has a powerful effect on your daily movements, and can even be linked to sciatica. It’s called the piriformis and it enables you to move your hips, upper legs, and feet away from your body. The piriformis also covers the sciatic nerve that runs from your lower back and down towards your legs. When the sciatic nerve becomes pinched, it results in the very painful condition called “sciatica.” The strains of daily life can place even more pressure on the sciatic nerve, causing numbness, tingling and even acute pain that can last from minutes to hours. This pain usually runs from the lower back toward the hip, buttocks, and legs. Before you realize it, sitting or changing positions becomes very difficult. Luckily, there are several simple and effective ways to stretch out that tiny piriformis muscle and provide relief from your sciatica pain. Give these 10 powerful piriformis stretches a try—and be sure to watch the videos, too.

1. Easy Seated Stretch
  • Start by sitting in a chair and cross your sore leg over the knee of your other leg.
  • While keeping your spine straight, bend your chest forward. If you don’t feel pain, bend forward a little more.
  • Hold this position for about 30 seconds.
  • Repeat this stretch with your other leg.

2. Standing Piriformis Stretch

  • If you have trouble balancing with this stretch, stand with your back against a wall and your feet about 24 inches from the wall for extra support.
  • While standing, place the leg that’s causing you pain over the knee of your other leg. It should create the shape of the number 4.
  • Lower your hips at a 45-degree angle until they reach the ground. Bend the leg you’re standing on as needed.
  • As you bend forward at the waist, reach your arms down to the ground while keeping your spine straight.
  • Hold for 30-60 seconds.
  • Switch legs when done.

3. Supine Piriformis Stretch

  • Lie down and bend your knees upwards.
  • Cross the affected leg over your other leg and bend it upwards toward your chest.
  • Grab your knee with one hand and your ankle in your other hand. Pull the bent leg across your body until your glutes are pulled tight.
  • Hold for 30 seconds to a minute and release.

4. Outer Hip Piriformis Stretch

  • Lying on your back, bend your sore leg upward and place your foot close to the back of your other knee.
  • Tuck your foot behind that knee and twist your leg to the opposite side. Your knee should be touching the ground (or as close as you can get).
  • Place the hand on your opposite knee and raise your opposite arm in the air.
  • Hold for 20 seconds.
  • Switch to the other leg.
  • You’ll want to recover from this stretch! Lie on your back, bend both knees together and gently pull them with your hands toward your chest.

5. Groin/Long Adductor Stretch

  • Sitting on the floor, stretch your legs straight out in front of you, spread as far apart as possible.
  • Place your hands on the floor next to each other while angling your torso forward toward the ground.
  • Lean forward and rest your elbows on the ground. If you encounter pain, stop right away!
  • Remain in the position for 10-20 seconds.

6. Inner Thigh/Short Adductor Stretch

  • While sitting on the ground, put the soles of your feet together in front of your pelvis.
  • Hold your ankles with the opposite hands (left hand – right ankle and vice versa).
  • Gently push downward with your knees with the effort to touch the ground with them. You need to stop right before any pain occurs, which means that if you feel pain, get back an inch or two and stay there.
  • Hold for 30 seconds, release, and flutter your legs in that position (like a butterfly) for 30 seconds.
  • Want an even deeper stretch? Push your knees down with your elbows or bend your torso forward while keeping your back straight.

7. Side Lying Clam

  • Lie down on the side of your body that isn’t in pain.
  • Bend your legs back, holding one foot over the other and keeping your legs parallel to each other. You should be creating an “L” shape.
  • Keeping your feet together, lift up the top knee while keeping the rest of your body in the original position.
  • Slowly bring your knee to the initial position.
  • Repeat 15 times.

8. Hip Extension

  • Get down on the ground on all fours, making sure your hands are in line with your shoulders.
  • Raise your affected leg upward with your knee bent toward the ceiling.
  • Gradually lower your leg until it’s almost touching the ground.
  • Repeat 15 times.

9. Supine Piriformis Side Stretch

  • Lie on the ground with your legs flat and back straight.
  • Bend your sore leg upward, resting the foot on the outer side of the opposite leg beside the knee.
  • Ease the knee of your affected leg across the middle of your body with your opposite hand until you feel a stretch, making sure to keep both your shoulders and hips on the ground.
  • Hold for 30 seconds, return to the starting position and switch legs.
  • Repeat the process 2-3 times.

10. Buttocks Stretch for the Piriformis Muscle

  • Place your hands and knees on the ground, getting into position on all fours.
  • Bring the foot of your affected leg underneath your stomach, twisting it toward the opposite side near the hip, while pointing with the knee toward the shoulder.
  • Lower your head, until your forehead touches the ground, and lean your forearms on the ground for support.
  • Slowly stretch the non-affected leg out behind you, while keeping your pelvis straight.
  • Push your hips slightly toward the floor.
  • Hold for 30 seconds and return to the initial position slowly. Repeat 2-3 times.

To my family and friends

Tell someone you love them today because tomorrow is not promised. To my family and friends, I LOVE YOU.

You can kiss your family and friends good-bye and put miles between you, but at the same time you carry them with you in your heart, your mind, your stomach, because you do not just live in a world but a world lives in you.

Nothing purchased can come close to the renewed sense of gratitude for having family and friends.

I've learned that all a person has in life is family and friends. If you lose those, you have nothing, so friends are to be treasured more than anything else in the world.

Present your family and friends with their eulogies now - they won't be able to hear how much you love them and appreciate them from the grave.

Keep one friend for 10 years is special.

Avoiding Bad Bedtime Habits - You Will Sleep Better.

According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, one out of three American adults struggle with insomnia.

Dr. Matt Goldenberg, who is a certified psychiatrist, says that one of the most common complaints that his patients report to him is insomnia. The cause of insomnia can be anything from anxiety to depression. To best determine the specific causes for your sleeping troubles, you should consult your doctor. But there are a few bedtime habits that you can refrain from doing today that could give you a better night’s sleep.

Read on to find out the best tips to help you sleep better...

1 - Stop Smoking Before Bed:

This habit goes beyond a good night’s sleep. Quitting smoking alone is one of the hardest things do in life. So asking someone to top this routine before bed is easier said than done. But it just adds another reason why people should quit smoking. Goldenberg says that people who smoke before bed feel the stimulant effects of nicotine withdrawals during the night, experience breathing disorders and could be associated with psychological disturbances which can keep them up at night.

2 - Avoid Drinking Coffee After Lunch:

Goldenberg recommends that you avoid any caffeine after lunch and four to six hours before bedtime. I agree with his statement because caffeine is used as a pick-me-up. So if you are drinking it close to bedtime, there is no way you’ll be able to quickly fall asleep because coffee heightens your senses so you’re alert.

3 - No Alcohol Before Bed:

Some people may be surprised when they learn that alcohol actually makes your sleep worse and is one of the common bedtime habits. Although it can make you fall asleep quicker, Goldenberg explains that it actually causes more disruption during a normal sleep in the second half of the night.

He adds that it decreases and delays rapid eye movement throughout the night. Another fact that he states is that alcohol can make snoring and sleep apnea even worse, which will contribute to you being fatigued the following day.

4 - Avoid Large Meals Before Bed:

Some people think that eating a large meal will put them into a “food coma” which will ultimately put them directly to sleep. But Goldenberg explains that people should actually avoid eating large meals within three hours before going to bed. The problem with consuming large amounts of nutrients and carbs before bed is that they can increase the chances of obesity and other cardiometabolic diseases, says Goldenberg. Both of these can increase the risk of sleep problems. One solution is to eat a light snack if you find that you’re constantly hungry before bed.

5 - Avoid Drinking Large Amounts of Fluids After Dinner:

Yes, bedtime habits do include avoiding large amounts of fluids. Goldenberg says that this bedtime habit is an obvious one to avoid. The more fluids you drink, the more trips to the bathroom you’ll have to do. If you’re trying to sleep and you’re constantly heading to the bathroom, you won’t be able to get into a nice rhythm and it can be difficult to fall back asleep.

6 - Avoid Using Your Bed For Non-Sleep Activities:

According to Goldenberg, in order to properly train your brain to associate sleep with getting in bed, you need to limit your bedroom activities. He adds that you should try and associate your bedroom with sleep and intimate times with a partner. Watching television or using your laptop will only train your brain to associate your bedroom with ways to distract yourself and keep you awake.

14 Signs and Symptoms That Your Heart Doesn’t Work Properly.

610,000 people die every year from different heart-related diseases. Poor lifestyles, no physical exercise, and unhealthy diets are the prime reasons for poor heart health increasing the risk of heart attacks. But besides these, there are other problems that can affect your heart. All of these symptoms mentioned below are indicators of poor heart health. The biggest problem is that people do not know how congestive heart failure where the muscles of the heart are weakened can also occur in several cases that can be regarded as heart disease.

Heart failure is also heart disease that not many people realize Frequent use of OTC NSAIDs, diabetes, alcohol, high blood pressure, hypertension and viral infections can weaken the heart muscle resulting in inefficient pumping of blood. Heart failure like other heart problems also causes similar symptoms which is why even if you do not face certain heart problems, you should never write off such signs that you may be suffering from heart failure. The point here is that such symptoms common to all types of heart trouble should never be taken lightly. You should never ignore these 15 signs that your heart isn’t functioning properly and get a doctors checkup immediately.

1- Pain spreading throughout your arm

Women may start experiencing pain in both arms whereas men usually feel it in the left arm. Women may also experience elbow pain before a heart attack. The reason for this is due to the confusion experienced in the brain due to the several nerves of the spinal cord receiving the transmission of pain occurring in the body. This makes the brain think that your arm is paining instead of your heart.

2 - A chronic cough

A chronic cough can be a marked symptom of cardiovascular disease. The mucous in this type of a cough may even be pink in colour as a sign of traces of blood present in it. This is one of the signs of heart failure. Coughing can be a secondary symptom of dyspnea and loss of breath.

3 - Swelling in the ankles, legs, and feet

In heart failure, the muscles are weakened and thus it stops functioning and pumping efficiently. This causes fluid in the blood vessels to leak into other tissues where the legs and feet are most affected due to gravity. The condition is termed peripheral edema, which can even afflict people without heart disease. However, as this is a common warning sign of heart problems never neglect it and see a doctor.

4 - Loss of appetite

There are several people suffering from heart disease who have reported a loss of appetite. This is because of poor metabolism, poor digestion, and lack of oxygen throughout the body and combined problems that cause poor appetite.

5 - Nausea

Fluid retention in organs like liver and intestines create a condition of poor digestion. These can also cause abdominal cramps and pain that make you feel sick or nauseous after a few bites of food. When such things happen, see a doctor immediately. While a stomach infection, abdominal issues or gastric problems cannot be ruled out, it’s always better to be safe.

6 - Extreme anxiety

People suffering heart failure and other heart problems are prone to bouts of extreme anxiety. In fact, one of the signs of an impending heart attack is confusion and a sudden feeling of anxiety not unlike a panic attack. Studies have also proved that those suffering anxiety early in life are at high risk of heart problems. Panic disorders, phobias, and anxiety can also affect your heart causing tachycardia, high blood pressure, and reduced heart rate.

7 - Fainting

Sudden fainting, lightheadedness and loss of consciousness are common signs of heart disease and heart failure. When the heart cannot pump blood efficiently, there is a reduced amount of oxygen transported throughout the body. Moreover, if a clogged artery is impeding blood flow, the same condition can happen where the brain also receives less oxygen. In such conditions, you may also experience shortness of breath and heart palpitations. Call your doctor immediately if you faint even for a short time after breath shortness.

8 - Your skin becomes paler or bluish

Pallor or a pale face or even if your face appears slightly bluish in colour is one of the most common symptoms of heart failure due to the decreased level of red blood cells in the body. It proves that your heart isn’t pumping blood efficiently. Such a condition is also a symptom of shock where your entire body can grow pale. But before you jump to conclusions about your heart, get yourself checked for shock or also in all probability, anemia.

9 - Skin rashes

Studies have shown how eczema and shingles are high-risk indicators of heart disease. People with eczema had a 48% potential for acquiring conditions like high blood pressure and 29% risk of having high cholesterol levels in the blood. Those with frequent cases of shingles possessed a 59% risk of a heart attack than those without the condition.

10 - Shortness of breath

Those suffering heart failure or heart disease frequently experience breathlessness or Dyspnea. This is a strong feeling on not being able to breathe properly. In fact, this can also start occurring in men and women 6 months before a heart attack.

11 - Hair loss

Frequent hair loss in men over 50 is a common indicator of heart disease. While it affects mostly men, women may also experience it too. Baldness is usually associated with increased levels of cortisol a hormone in our bodies also called the stress hormone. You should pay particular attention from hair loss from the crown area of your head.

12 - Irregular heartbeat

Frequent arrhythmia is usually associated with panic attacks and anxiety more prevalent among women. Those at risk of heart problems or those actually suffering from heart trouble may experience both arrhythmia and tachycardia which is increases heart rate. Such a condition may last for 1 or 2 minutes only but if it lasts longer making you feel fatigued and faint, call a doctor immediately.

13 - Increased urge to urinate at night

If you find that you are experiencing a constant urge to urinate more frequently at night, this is the initial symptoms of congestive heart failure. If not checked at this stage, your symptoms and condition may worsen.

14 - Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea is usually overlooked by many but it is widely regarded as one of the symptoms of congestive heart failure where your heart isn’t functioning properly. This condition prevents air from entering the body and if allowed to worsen can increase heart problems like atrial fibrillation, high blood pressure, and arrhythmia.

Behind every strong, independent woman

Behind every strong, independent woman lies a broken little girl who had to learn how to get back up and not depend on anyone.

A strong woman is someone who raises other women up instead of tearing them down.

Strong women only scare weak men.

You cannot be broken because you are a diamond, tougher than nails and a jewel in the rough.

This woman is made of steel. You can bend her, but she will never break.

You don’t have to play masculine to be a strong woman. – Mary Elizabeth Winstead

A woman can be completely unstoppable after she realizes how much she is worth.

You are worth much more than rubies.

You are a woman. That is your superpower.

You are a strong woman. Know your worth.

Stop waiting to find the light at the end of the tunnel and be the light for yourself.

Know what your worth is and then add tax to that amount.
