Don't Worry About The People Who Hurt Or Hate You

Don't worry about the people who hurt or hate you, worry about the people who love you, because that's where your happiness is.

“Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.”~ Dr. Seuss

“Sometimes crying or laughing are the only options left, and laughing feels better right now.” ~ Veronica Roth

“When someone is crying, of course, the noble thing to do is to comfort them. But if someone is trying to hide their tears, it may also be noble to pretend you do not notice them.” ~ Lemony Snicket

“Crying is all right in its way while it lasts. But you have to stop sooner or later, and then you still have to decide what to do.” ~ C.S. Lewis

Intelligent people always ignore.

Weak people revenge. Strong people Forgive. Intelligent people ignore.

I look for strong people. I don't like people who'll say yes to everything I might bring up. I want people who can argue and disagree and have a point of view that's reflected in the magazine. My dad believed in the cult of personality. He brought great writers and columnists to 'The Standard.' ~ Anna Wintour

Strong people make as many mistakes as weak people. Difference is that strong people admit their mistakes, laugh at them, learn from them. That is how they become strong. ~ Richard J. Needham

Smart people wait for karma. Everyone I’ve ever known who tried to hurt me ended up with karma coming back at them and I never had to do anything for it to happen, can’t even say I sat back and watched. Let God deal with it and move on. ~ Brenda Watson

God will provide - Joke

A young woman brings home her fiancee to meet her parents. After dinner, her mother tells her father to find out about the young man. The father invites the fiancee to his study for a drink.

"So what are your plans?" the father asks the young man.

"I am a Torah scholar," he replies.

"A Torah scholar. Hmmm," the father says. "Admirable, but what will you do to provide a nice house for my daughter to live in, as she's accustomed to?"

"I will study," the young man replies, "and God will provide for us."

"And how will you buy her a beautiful engagement ring, such as she deserves?" asks the father.

"I will concentrate on my studies," the young man replies, "God will provide for us."

"And children?" asks the father. "How will you support children?"

"Don't worry, sir, God will provide," replies the fiancee.

The conversation proceeds like this, and each time the father questions, the young idealist insists that God will provide.

Later, the mother asks, "How did it go, Honey?"

The father answers, "He has no job and no plans, but the good news is he thinks I'm God."
