THERE IS A SIMPLE METHOD USING COLD WATER THAT WILL BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY.
Every night before bedtime, fill the bathtub with cold water. Then enter barefoot in the tub and tap with your feet in the cold water but only for 15 seconds. Put on cotton socks afterwards. Practice this method every night and you will significantly strengthen the immune system.
